By accessing the website at bootleg.market, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. Disclaimer

The BOOTLEG website and the smart contracts utilized by BOOTLEG are provided on an 'as is' basis. BOOTLEG makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. By using BOOTLEG, you acknowledge and agree that the BOOT token and BOOTLEG NFTs token have no value and you acknowledge that the BOOT token and BOOTLEG NFTs should not be acquired with any expectation of profit from price appreciation.

2. Intellectual Property

By using BOOTLEG to create NFTs, you acknowledge and agree that you have the legal right to use any copyrighted metadata text or media content specified through your NFT contract and token selection. Legal rights to copyrighted material may include those obtained through permission, licensing or legally permissible fair use.
The use of non-authorized content to generate BOOTLEG NFTS is forbidden and the use of the services offered by BOOTLEG does not give you the intellectual property regarding the content concerned. By using BOOTLEG to create NFTs, you acknowledge and agree that as a result of a notice-and-takedown policy, BOOTLEG may modify or remove metadata it is hosting that has been confirmed to be infringing a copyright. BOOTLEG does not have the capability of modifying or destroying on-chain NFT records, which themselves are only a record of ownership between an owner address and a token ID.
By using BOOTLEG to create NFTs, you acknowledge and agree that accounts found to be repeatedly creating Bootleg NFTs with metadata that infringes a copyright will be subject to our Repeat Infringer Policy. Repeated copyright charges involving an account may result in a the modification or removal of any or all NFT metadata created by that account, and in appropriate circumstances may result in a permanent ban of further use of BOOTLEG's NFT creation features.

4. Modifications

BOOTLEG may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using BOOTLEG you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
6. Revision
This policy is effective as of March 20, 2021.
